Fresh is the key in a new concept being introduced at Rydges SouthBank.

Parklands Restaurant at Rydges will be offering a Thai Seafood Market in the restaurant every Friday night from 6pm.

You will have the opportunity to browse Parklands fresh market selection and choose your favourite seafood! While you are at it, liase with your Chef regarding how you would like it cooked and pay the market price for your seafood!

Until the end of May there is also a special 2 for 1 offer for the Salad and Dessert bar.
