| | | Café Conti is a fully licensed restaurant situated in the Wilston Café Precinct, Brisbane. The restaurant was established in 1996 as Medium Rare and in 2002 changed hands and was named the Continental Café. In 2004 it evolved into the Café Conti under new owners Lin and Graham Penfold. | | | Casual Dining | | Café Conti is open 7 days from breakfast to dinner and is fully licensed. | | Family Business | | The Cafe Conti at Wilston is currently owned by Lin and Graham Penfold who purchased the restaurant in October, 2004. Their two daughters, Louise and Andrina, work along side them to make it truly a family run business. |
| | Our Chefs | | In December 2004, Jeremy Schoch joined the team as the new head chef, and put his stamp on the restaurant with the fantastic new dishes that appeared on the Autumn, 2005 menu. Candice Owens is our second chef. In 2002 she won the Central Queensland Apprentice of the Year, and she has been at the Cafe Conti since that year. She is a character that livens up the kitchen. | | |
